In July 2025, I set out to build an entire machine learning education platform β solo, in 5 days. No team. No funding. Just one clear mission:
Make real-world AI learning accessible to UK secondary schools β with zero code.

π§± Day-by-Day Build Log
Day 1: Spark + Structure
- Idea hits on the train back from my data bootcamp graduation
- Outlined course concept: 5-week ML journey with no-code tools
- Defined audience: KS3βKS4 students, non-specialist teachers
Day 2: Curriculum + Curation
- Mapped learning goals to 5 themed weeks
- Curated 20+ no-code tools (Teachable Machine, Blob Opera, etc.)
- Wrote first draft of lessons 1β2
Day 3: Prototyping & Design
- Built site using Notion + Super.so
- Drafted UI structure and mobile-first layout
- Created branding elements: name, collie mascot, colour palette
Day 4: Build Systems + Automate
- Custom CSS for mobile fixes
- Created login portals for teachers & students
- Designed onboarding journey and email capture flow
Day 5: Polish + Ship
- Refined landing copy (hero section, CTAs, trust elements)
- Finalised pricing strategy (Β£349/year per school)
- Connected domain + made site public
